In this initial version, SmartDoc supports invoices and payment requests submitted as PDF files, the two document types that generate the most manual data entry in capital project management.

Lines where the confidence is lower are surfaced for manual review, so the overall reliability of imported data remains high. Accuracy improves as your cost structure is more detailed and consistent across projects.
