Aidi offers pricing plans that scale based on the size of your projects and your project management needs.
Aidi has successfully completed its SOC 2 Type II audit.
Protecting your project and portfolio data is our top priority. This rigorous attestation confirms our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards for security, availability, and confidentiality.

No per-seat fees.
Your external collaborators (subcontractors, consultants, professionals) get unlimited, free access to the platform, no matter how many you have. The number of internal users included in your plan is generous and scales with your team size. Let us know if your needs grow.
Aidi's pricing is based on three factors:
- the version (Essential, Advanced, or Enterprise),
- the total value of investment projects managed on the platform,
- and the size of your internal team.
All plans include unlimited projects, unlimited access for your external collaborators, software updates, and customer support.
You can subscribe on a monthly basis with no long-term commitment, or choose an annual plan if you prefer predictable, locked-in pricing.
Yes. The monthly plan has no commitment, you can cancel at any time. If you choose the annual plan, pricing is locked in for the year, but our team will discuss the option that best fits your organization's needs before you commit. Your data remains accessible and exportable regardless of plan or cancellation.
Aidi does not offer a self-serve free trial. Aidi functions like an ERP for project management: each organization's environment is configured around its specific project structure, budget categories, and approval workflows. Getting real value from the platform requires this initial setup, which our implementation team handles directly with you.
Instead of a generic trial, every new client gets a personalized onboarding experience designed to set them up for success from day one. And because our monthly plan has no commitment, the financial risk of getting started is minimal, you can cancel at any time if Aidi isn't the right fit.
Once you subscribe, Aidi's implementation team works with you to configure the platform to your organization's project structure, budget categories, and approval workflows. This includes migrating historical project data from your existing tools and training your team.
Because there's no long-term commitment on the monthly plan, you can start using Aidi with confidence. The focus of onboarding is making sure your team is productive quickly, not locking you into a contract.
Essentials is designed for organizations managing straightforward capital projects that need core budget, contract, and schedule management with field logbook access.
Advanced is the most common choice for organizations managing larger portfolios: it adds program and portfolio management, risk management, resource planning, cashflow, and API access.
Enterprise is built for organizations with complex infrastructure needs: portfolio simulation, dedicated infrastructure, custom configuration, and tailored implementation.
