Aidi's pricing is based on three factors:
- the version (Essential, Advanced, or Enterprise),
- the total value of investment projects managed on the platform,
- and the size of your internal team.
All plans include unlimited projects, unlimited access for your external collaborators, software updates, and customer support.
You can subscribe on a monthly basis with no long-term commitment, or choose an annual plan if you prefer predictable, locked-in pricing.
Yes. The monthly plan has no commitment, you can cancel at any time. If you choose the annual plan, pricing is locked in for the year, but our team will discuss the option that best fits your organization's needs before you commit. Your data remains accessible and exportable regardless of plan or cancellation.

Aidi functions like an ERP for project management: each organization's environment is configured around its specific project structure, budget categories, and approval workflows. Getting real value from the platform requires this initial setup, which our implementation team handles directly with you.

Advanced is the most common choice for organizations managing larger portfolios: it adds program and portfolio management, risk management, resource planning, cashflow, and API access.
Enterprise is built for organizations with complex infrastructure needs: portfolio simulation, dedicated infrastructure, custom configuration, and tailored implementation.
