From the construction of the 48 seniors' houses to the renovation of the Royal-Victoria Hospital, including the maintenance of its 368 owned buildings and infrastructures, all projects led by the Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI) will now be managed in a single platform: Aidi.
Following a rigorous and very competitive call for tenders process launched in early 2020 by the SQI, it is finally Aidi, a software developed in Quebec by the firm Osedea, has emerge as the clear winner in this exceptional case.
The stakes are high: annually, more than $ 1.2 billion and more than 1,000 projects involving thousands of internal and external users will be managed in Aidi.
Aidi has already proven its worth with many public and private owners in managing projects of all sizes and types. It is therefore the combined experience and expertise of the SQI, a proud leader in project management in Quebec, and Osedea that will allow us to reach new heights in project management and become a Canadian benchmark global.
SQI and Aidi have cutting-edge expertise in this specific area: the management of construction projects from the client's point of view. It's the perfect duo. We are really proud of this collaboration moving forward.
