If you said yes to all of the above, you are at the right place. Aïdi is looking for a Director of Business Development  to support its strong growth in the United States. This unique role is an opportunity to lead, develop and grow all sales and marketing activities, processes and tools that will enable our growth in the United States’ market. The position is 100% remote with great salary compensation.

Your main responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities to ensure Aïdi’s continued exponential growth.
  • Manage the sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation)
  • Manage the RFP bidding process
  • Build a sales force in the United States and generate leads and opportunities
  • Update, leverage and optimize the CRM (Hubspot)
  • Participate in the development of the vision and sales strategy in the United States.
  • Set, follow and achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Lead and promote the company’s brand in the United states with marketing tools and content
  • Develop a business network with potential customers and partners
  • Assist and represent Aïdi in trade shows, conferences or industry-specific panels that take place in the United States

The ideal profile

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B business development, ideally in a technology-oriented industry (IT, SaaS software). 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-pace environment while defining the sales strategy for the United States 
  • Proven track record of success with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, with problem-solving ability.
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience selling software solutions.

It's a plus if...

  • You have a strong network in the construction industry.
  • You have already sold software solutions for the construction industry.
  • You have prior experience with public clients and are familiar with the RFP response process and tools specific to the United States
  • You have a good understanding of software development and the development cycle.
  • You have an obsession for working as efficiently as possible.
